Tree Trimming and Pruning
Tree trimming and pruning is the most common form of tree maintenance. Although forest trees grow quite well with only nature’s pruning, landscape trees require a higher level of care to maintain their safety and aesthetics and most tree trimming is done for people reasons as opposed to tree reasons.
Let us clarify… Most tree health issues are ground based. A tree’s health is primarily dependent upon the soils in which it lives and the condition of its roots. So, with this in mind we consider pruning.
Pruning should be done with an understanding of how the tree responds to each cut, so it is important that an arborist take a very good look at the placement, condition and size of the tree. Improper pruning can cause damage that will last for the life of the tree, or worse, shorten the tree’s life. Tree trimming and pruning can serve a variety of purposes such as: view enhancement, aesthetic preference, object / person clearance, control pests or disease, or control the maintenance of tree size and shape.

- We offer flexible rates depending on what your goals are. We are happy to give you a bid for the most cost effective treatment, full service cleanup, and anywhere in between.
- Every tree and customer differs from the next, so we strive to meet individual needs with flexibility.
